Pinellas Realtor~R Organization (PRO) is one of Tampa Bay's largest professional trade associations, representing the interests of more than 6,000 real estate professionals in Pinellas County, Fla. The organization has a steady flow of realtors and affiliates coming to its facility each day to take advantage of their services, with larger events hosted two to three times each week in the PRO auditorium and meeting rooms. As a result, when it came time to repair and rejuvenate the exterior of the facility, the organization's first concern was properly addressing deficiencies without interfering with the daily operations and high traffic volume of the facility.
