Panoro prepares for Tunisia shallow fast-track

Panoro Energy is hoping for a fast-track development of a shallow water field off Tunisia following new drilling next year. The company, which has just taken over OML's interests in the country, also took over DNO's acreage earlier this year including the Salloum discovery which is only 2km from shore in 13ft (4m) of water in the Sfax Offshore permit. The discovery well was drilled by BG in 1992 and flowed at more than 1,800 b/d of oil.
