Total will shortly start bidding on its deepwater Preowei tie-back project off Nigeria with some companies having already been shortlisted. A field development plan for the seven well project in OML 130 will be submitted within weeks with approval expected early in the fourth quarter. Bidding for topsides modifications, subsea systems and SURF will start next quarter with a final investment decision in the middle of next year.
