Keppel wins Yinson Nigeria FPSO fast-track

Yinson has awarded Keppel Shipyard the contract for the fast-track modification of the FPSO destined for First E&P's Any-ala Madu fields off Nigeria.The work includes modification and upgrading of the FPSO Allan.Keppel Shipyard's scope includes refurbishment and life extension works,fabrication and installation of a new riser balcony,spread mooring system and helideck,as well as modification of the vessel's topsides and marine systems.Work will start this quarter with delivery in the first quarter of next year.Upon completion,the FPSO will have a storage ca-pacity of 700,000 bbl of oil and a processing capacity of 60,000 b/d.This is the third project Keppel has completed for Yinson with the last being destined for Eni's OCTP project off Ghana.
