Lou Bona Dover Chemical. Lou has been in the metalworking/ lubricant industry for 38 years. A degreed chemist, he started his career with Burmah-Castrol as a bench chemist, developing numerous products that are still used on a global basis. He joined Mayco Chemical in 1990 and was instrumental in its domestic and international growth in various sales and marketing roles. Dover Chemical acquired Mayco in 2002, and Lou continued his role in international metalworking sales and, for the last eight years, has had tremendous success as global business manager, metalworking. With Lou's retirement, Mark Harr will take over his international responsibilities. All of Dover's employees are very appreciative of Lou (and his wife Fran) and his many years of influence and service for Dover Chemical.
