Pilot Chemical Co. made two important changes to its Board of Directors, effective immediately, electing veteran attorney John R. Brantley as a director and naming longtime Director Bob Cellura as its first director emeritus. As a partner in the Houston office of international law firm Bracewell LLP, Brantley advises public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate governance. He has provided invaluable legal counsel to Pilot Chemical for more than 13 years.
