摘要

In variable frequency speed control system s, a problem occurs th a t th e asynchronous m otor exhibits insufficient torque a t low frequency startin g . One possible solution of this problem consists in using control strateg y based on constant ration betw een th e voltage and frequency. T h e p ap er presents a m ethod to improve th e load carrying capacity based on voltage compensation m easures. A ccording to th e com bination of m otor equivalent circuit and low-frequency vector, th e form ula of voltage com pensation a t different frequencies is deduced. T he sim ulation m odel of variable frequency speed control system is established. T he effect of the voltage compensation and voltage com pensation of torque of the m otor a t different loads are analyzed. T he experim ent proves th a t the voltage com pensation has achieved a good com pensation effect in the frequency conversion speed regulation system , and illustrates the im portance of voltage com pensation when th e frequency conversion starts.
