A New Structure to Improve the Reliability of Intra-Network

Network separation techniques have been studied to block cyber attacks on individuals, enterprises and national institutions. The network separation techniques are divided into physical and logical separation. Physical network separation should be the separation of external networkwhich physically separates another network, as it builds a separate internal network. Therefore, it has an excellent security and safety. However, the construction is difficult and the cost is high because another network should be built within the building. In order to solve this problem,a device is used to separate and synthesize the optical communication wavelength without adding cables. One wavelength exists at an external network and another wavelength is the same inside the network with the same optical fiber cable. It was designed to be physically separated while transmittingsimultaneously. This makes it possible to realize physical network separation that can accommodate an increase in communication Traffic while keeping construction costs of physical network separation to a minimum and eliminating optical cables fixed to the existing buildings. In addition,from the maintenance point of view, we developed a local network communication operation management system that includes a method of finding the location of a failure at the occurrence of an accident on a communication line such as disconnection of the optical cable inside the building, anda method of switching to a detour route at the time of failure. It applies to the Fab Lab in school.
