摘要

Bullying is a serious problem but the handling of victims is not maximized, especially in the learning process. Bullying usually settled amicably, only resulting in serious injuries or deaths prosecuted. This research aim to describes the legal protection for victims of bullying inthe learning process in terms of epistemology. This research may also be classified as a library research, as an object of research in the form of legislation, books and journals relating to legal protection for victims of bullying in the learning process. The data collected was analyzed inductivelyand deductively. The result shows that the legal protection of victims of bullying in the learning process can be overcome by the epistemological approach. An understanding of human nature, the victim, bullying takes as input in the policy of prioritizing certainty.
