Hexcel completes purchase of Structil

Hexcel Corp of Stamford, Connecticut, USA, has completed the acquisition of Structil SA, a producer and supplier of high-performance composites based in Vert-le-Petit, France. Structil employs approximately 70 people at a 6300-m2 (68 000 square feet) production plant on its 2.8-ha (seven acres) site in Vert-le-Petit, about 25 miles south of Paris, France. Its sales in 2016 were approximately US$21 million.
