SGL takes sole ownership of composite parts joint venture

SGL Group has bought Benteler's shares in the joint-venture company the two set-up in 2008, automotive composite parts manufacturer Benteler-SGL. SGL of Wiesbaden, Germany, is now the sole owner of the company, which is based in Ried im Innkreis, Austria.
