摘要

New solid lanthanide(III) (Ln) compounds of Tb(III), Ho(III), Er(III) and Yb(III) with sodium salt chrysin-4'-sulfonate (Nachsa-4') were obtained. The compounds were obtained from M : Nachsa-4' = 1 : 3 aqueous solutions at 6.0 - 6.2 pH range. Solid products showed Ln(0H)(Nachsa-4')_2·nH_2O stoichiometry based on elemental analysis and thermogravimetric studies. The complexes were characterized in solution by UV/Vis and infrared as well as by the ~1H NMR spectroscopies. The anionic ligands were chelated to the central metal ion via 4C=0 and 5C-0 oxygen donors of Nachsa-4'. The ligand and the new complexes were tested in vitro to evaluate their activity against the bacteria Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus.
