Proposal for a database for the validation of simulations in superconducting cables

摘要

We propose the B-THECA as a database for the validation of thermal hydraulic and electromagnetic simulations in superconducting cables. The database is available on the Web. The initial database includes five typical experimental conditions and two numerical solutions, and is open for expansion to new experiments and new computational tools.
