Prysmian awarded submarine interconnection in Greece

Italy’s Prysmian has bagged a new contract worth €21 million ($24 million) by Greece’sIndependent Power Transmission Operator (IPTO) for two interconnections between theCyclades islands (Evia, Andros and Tinos), Greece.The project involves the design, supply and installation, as well as the related land civil workof two turnkey HVAC cable systems designed to transmit 200 MVA.
