Visual Genome Explorer~(TM): A Comparative Visual Interface to Genome Data

In response to the deluge of genome data, we are developing Visual Genome Explorer~(TM), an interactive graphical interface to genome data. Given is a description of the prototype program, which introduces the concept of visual comparative genomics for complete bacterial genomes.
