Advancing lead's capabilities

摘要

The Consortium for Battery Innovation(CBI)took inspiration from the lithium-ion industry at the start of December to study the charge/discharge reactions that occur in lead batteries with its members Exide Technologies and ICMA(the Aragon Materials Science Institute).The project uses neutron diffraction to study lead batteries,with researchers finishing an initial study before conducting further neutron work.The technology,never before used to study lead batteries,has been used on technologies such as lithium-ion.
