2017 MEMBERSHIP SURVEY - SUMMARY

Thank you to all Members who participated in our 2017 Membership Survey. The last major Membership survey was conducted in 2007, with the aim of identifying technical needs, Membership trends, and satisfaction levels. This year's survey had a dual purpose. Firstly, it was to gather data on what services Institute Members value and what services they would like to see that are not currently offered. And second, the survey was designed to collect demographic information about our Members so we could get a better idea of who our Members are and what stage of their career they're at. The survey's questions were developed by the Membership Committee and refined following consultation and feedback from the National Executive and the NSW Branch Committee.
