STATE WINNER: VICTORIA St Georges Road House

The project is a substantial multi-tiered residence on St Georges Road in Toorak, constructed into the southern embankment of Melbourne's Yarra River. This residence was designed to give a nod to Modernist architecture, particularly through the use of concrete. A defining feature of the project is the expressly detailed and decorative treatment of the concrete elements at each level.
