It was a typically cold day in March 2016 at Ryerson University Library & Archives in Toronto. Several library staffers were commiserating about their horrible commute through the freezing rain. Quite unexpectedly, an IT colleague approached, waving an unfamiliar package and shouting, "Hey guys, look what I got! The missing Dell laptop!" Surprised and intrigued, no one had expected to see the missing laptop returned after it was identified as lost and stolen in early February.
