Hansford Sensors, a company that designs, develops and manufactures high-performance industrial accelerometers, has launched a compact and lightweight yet robust and reliable 100 m/Vg triaxial vibration sensor, the HS-173. The new accelerometer is a side-entry device, can be used in both online and offline applications and has been introduced to allow original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), vibration analysts and end-users to measure vibration in three axes simultaneously, making it suitable for use across a range of industries, including mining and quarrying.
