Short-term outlook: low demand and excess supply will make suppliers of welded pipes reduce domestic prices.Strip prices are expected to decrease in December, while in January they will tend to go upwards. Too high margin forwelded pipes will cause more significant decline in mills' prices. The influence of export on pipe production rates willintensify. Seamless pipe producers are going to increase output thanks to brisker activity in the export markets.
