Influence of weather conditions of the flowering period on sweet cherry fruit set

Weather conditions during the flowering period of sweet cherry were recorded over a 4-year period at Piacenza. Simple and multiple models of regression suggest that fruit set is increased by high temperatures and decreased by rainfall during daytimebee flight periods.
