House passes bill to fix part of the Coal Act

The U.S. House of Representatives recently passed the Coal Accountability and Retired Employee Act for the 21~st Century (CARE 21), a bill the United Mine Workers of AMerica thinks will fix part of the union's ratiree health system. CARE 21 is sponsored by Rep. Nick Rahall, D-W.Va., and Bob ey, R-Ohio.
