Selection of the quality-fruited wild apricot (Prunus armeniaca L.) forms resistant to late spring frosts on Erzincan plain

The fruit quality and frost resistance of wild forms of apricot was evaluated on the Erzincan plain in east Anatolia, Turkey during 1980 and 1981 when temperatures dropped to -4.8 and -4.4℃, respectively. The fruit quality of the selected wild forms was similar to that of Turkish cultivars.
