The noninterventional study NABUCCO evaluated effectiveness and safety of nab-paclitaxel in 697 patients with metastatic breast cancer (MBC) treated in routine care. The results confirm the clinical trial outcomes, the favorable benefit-risk profile of nab-paclitaxel, and the sustained global quality of life in patients with MBC in a real-world setting.
