A Year to Remember

This last quarter of 2018 has been a whirlwind.Many RIA members have been focused not only on their normal workload,but also on the influx of hurricane-related jobs.I've finally had a chance to sit down and reflect on this past year-and quite a year it has been! As I write this,the Strictly Contents Summit and the Forensic Restoration Conference have come to a close.The two-day Stricdy Contents Summit,held Oct.25-26,was full of insightful and interactive learning from some of the industry's leading restoration experts,including Haley Smith and Mark Whadey;Ben Justesen;John DiMenno;Mark Swieczkowski;and Russ Jacobs.There was also hands-on training at the O'Donnell Brothers facility.And,of course,we held a classic RIA networking event at Pit Stop Bar in Detroit.I hope those who were able to attend found value in the opportunity to network and connect with your peers within the niche market of contents restoration.
