As a world leader in electromagnetic inspectiontechnologies, Eddyfi is happy to announce the launch ofthe Sharck fillet weld probe. It is designed around the wellknowntangential ECA technology (TECA), which is specificallymade for carbon steel crack assessment. Not only does thetechnology enable establishing crack position and measuringits length, but also its depth, with only minimal surfacepreparation. Similar to the Sharck butt weld probe, this onecan tolerate a liftoff (paint or coating, for example) up to 3mm (0.120 in).
