New Fellow

Anthony O'Mullane was born in Cork, Ireland; he received his BSc from University College Cork in 1997 and completed his PhD at the same university in 2001 in the field of gold electrocatalysis. He undertook postdoctoral fellowships at Technische Universitat Darmstadt, Germany (organic electronics). University of Warwick, UK (electrochemical imaging studies) and then in Australia at Monash University (organic semiconductors, large ampLitude Fourier transformed AC voLtammetry). In 2008, he worked briefly as a research scientist at CSIRO before taking a position at RMIT University where he was then awarded a Vice Chancellor Senior Fellowship. In 2012 he was awarded an ARC Future Fellowship and in 2013 continued this fellowship and started a senior lectureship at Queensland University of Technology.
