Many thanks for your note about Pantone colours in the April issue (p. 4). The initiation and batch matching of requisite printed colours to a Pantone standard is a basic in label design and periodic receipt of the printed labels. There would be many chemists who have needed to acquire working knowledge of their use in their day-to-day dealings with marketing personnel and printers for labels, logos and advertising copy.
