This year sees the eighth edition of the "Hamburg Summit: China meets Europe" organised by the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce. We discussed this event - one of the most important platforms for Sino-European dialogue - with the President of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, Tobias Bergmann.
