MoU signed by Clariant and Polymateria with Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals Clariant continues its efforts to support Plastic Waste Management Clariant, a focused and innovative specialty chemical company and Polymateria, a company developing a new standard in biodegradation of plastics, signed a partnership agreement with the Central Institute of Plastic Engineering & Technology (CIPET), Department of Chemical and Petrochemical, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India. This partnership entails bringing Polymateria's Biotransformation technology to market in India through Clariant's Masterbatches.
