These data need to be considered alongside the sexual risk behaviours revealed in the YRBS. Table 2 illustrates that young people from the selected PICTs are engaging in sexual activity, with much of it unprotected. In addition, 10-34% reported that their last sexual activity was associated with alcohol and other drug use, and more than 10% had sex with more than four people.
