Alaska Senator Criticizes Dearth of Consultation on OCS

U.S. Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) is criticizing what she asserts is the Obama administration's lack of consultation with her state as a draft outer continental shelf (OCS) oil and natural gas leasing program (DPP) for 2017 through 2022 is being developed.
