摘要

This paper focuses on the application of the quality management system in food quality with particular respect to creating information on quality assurance expenditures. The results of the research conducted by the Department of Information Systems of the Slovak Agricultural University and the Food Research Institute in Bratislava, namely its Department of Quality, were processed. The following areas in the cost structure of the food quality management system were examined: application of the system of food quality management, food production, store spaces and storage of products, transport of raw material and products, research and development, laboratory control, etc. The results of monitoring these costs in the 35 chosen companies are presented.
