Did it happen and if so was I there? The problem with writing about an event that took place several months ago is that the memorable moments that seemed unforgettable can get forgotten.Thankfully one looks back at all the photographs and the symposium seems like it was yesterday.So let’s begin at the start.I arrived in Corning at the Radisson Hotel which was fortunate since that was where the symposium head quarters were situated.Some of the workshops and lectures were taking place at the Museum of Glass but also some activities were taking place at the hotel.Hence I made sure I was reading the programme very closely.
