Case of the month. A male infant passing urine per rectum since birth.

A 1-year-old male infant was presented who had been passing urine per rectum, and who had shown a poor urinary stream, since birth. On examination, the external genitalia were normal and there was a normally placed anal verge. An opening was seen at the mucocutaneous junction of the anal canal at the 12 o'clock position. A barium enema (Figure 1), fistulogram (Figure 2), retrograde urethrogram (Figure 3) and intravenous urogram (Figure 4) were performed. What is the diagnosis? What are the other associated anomalies?
