A Fifteen Tree Bald Cypress Forest:The American Bonsai Society 2017 John Y. Naka Award, Hobbyist Division

摘要

This forest began approximately 7 years ago in 2010 when I collected twelve trees. I placed them in a concrete mixing tub with a garden soil and flooded it with water. A year later, 2011,1 transferred the surviving 9 trees into a pot and started training. Erik Wigert, my teacher since I began bonsai, guided me in how to assemble my first Bald cypress, Taxodium distichum, forest.
