Sinopec hikes north China SM prices by CNY100/tonne

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Chinese petrochemical giant Sinopec increased its styrene monomer (SM) prices in north China by yuan (CNY) 100/tonne ($15/tonne) on Friday on the back of firming spot prices of the material, a company source said. The company's subsidiaries Sinopec SABIC Tianjin Petrochemical and Sinopec Qilu Petrochemical adjusted up their SM prices to CNY9,700/tonne.
