China maritime admin, Jiangsu ports discuss vessels restrictions

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Jiangsu Maritime Administration is holding consultations with ports in Jiangsu province to determine what chemicals can be deemed less dangerous on which upcoming vessel restrictions may not apply, market and port sources said on Thursday.
