China Oct MTBE imports rebound to 3,597 tonnes on widened margins

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China took in 3,597 tonnes of methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) cargoes in October, as against zero in the previous month, driven by wide import margins. On a year-on-year basis, however, imports slumped by 96.1% in October, according to data from China Customs.
