Potash Ridge signs letter of intent with Canada Coal for Valleyfield Fertilizer

HOUSTON (ICIS)--Potash Ridge has signed a non-binding letter of intent (LOI) with Canada Coal to potentially purchase, joint venture or otherwise complete such other form of transaction that may be mutually acceptable for the assets of Valleyfield Fertilizer Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Potash Ridge, the Canadian producer announced on Monday.
