Bangladeshi government plan country’s largest urea plant

LONDON (ICIS)--In Bangladesh, the government has announced plans to build the country’s largest urea plant in Narsingdi, located 50km north-east of the capital Dhaka. According to media reports, the plant will have the capacity to produce close to 1m tonnes of urea annually. Daily production is estimated at 2,800 tonnes.
