China's Highsun completes Fibrant acquisition from DSM, CVC Partners

LONDON (ICIS)--Highsun Group has completed the acquisition of caprolactam and ammonium sulphate manufacturer Fibrant from CVC Capital and DSM, the Chinabased producer said on Tuesday. Fibrant had been owned since 2015 by ChemicaInvest, a joint venture of investment fund CVC Capital Partners (65% stake) and Dutch chemicals major DSM (35%). Financial details were not disclosed.
