LONDON (ICIS)--Crude prices made modest gains on Friday on a weakening dollar and a fall in the US rig count. Brent opened bullish while WTI began slightly down on Thursday’s close, but both benchmarks then gained on earlier warnings from Saudi Arabia of lower exports in August.
