HOUSTON (ICIS)--US styrene spot prices rose late in the week on increased activity, as buying interest for arbitrage shipments remained strong. Four spot deals traded during the week at the same price, but the bulk of recent shipping fixtures have been for contract volumes.

Uruguay is a net exporter of primary products and a net importer of oil.
