Tight domestic supply props Indian LDPE, HDPE prices

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Limited domestic availability of key polyethylene (PE) grades lent support to improved demand and prices for key PE grades in India, market sources said on Friday. High density polyethylene (HDPE) film and blow moulding cargoes were in severe shortage, as a majority of regional producers focused on HDPE pipe production in view of better netbacks.
