S Korea’s Samsung C&T sets domestic methanol price at W560/kg

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--South Korea’s Samsung C&T has set its domestic price for methanol for 8-14 October at won (W) 560/kg ex-tank, the company said on Monday. The weekly price is about $493/tonne based on an exchange rate of $1 to W1,136. Samsung’s methanol price for the week of 1-7 October was W550/kg ex-tank.
