SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Vopak’s third-quarter net profit slumped 57.7% year on year as occupancy rate fell to 86% from 89% previously, the Dutch logistics firm said on Monday. 1. January-September 2018 occupancy rate falls to 86% from 90% in the same period last year, reflecting market conditions at oil hub terminals. 2. Vopak’s profit for the period was reduced by European dollar 51m as a result of the deconsolidation of its wholly-owned terminal in Venezuela.
