LONDON (ICIS)--European caustic soda FOB (free on board) export prices fell on average this week as a result of competitively priced alternatives, according to sources on Friday. Northwest Europe (NWE) FOB prices were assessed at $580-590/dmt, down by $20/dmt on the high end, while Mediterranean FOB prices were assessed at $530-550/dmt, down $20/dmt on the low end.
