Belgium's nylon producer Nyobe receives protection from creditors, aims for judicial reorganisation

LONDON (ICIS)--Belgium-based nylon producer Nyobe, formerly known as Beaulieu Nylon, was granted protection against creditors on 16 October after carrying a foothold of an old tax dispute regarding transfer pricing. The transfer pricing case between the Belgium producer and its Switzerlandheadquartered parent company occurred between 1984 and 1988.
